Probably the best knee sleeves I have ever had. These will certainly help at the masters CrossFit games in August.

Good sturdy supports the large run small though so if you have bigger legs go for the XXL or XXL. Returns ca run expensive as they charge for Returns.

My 5ml knee sleeves are perfect! I have a hard time working out without them.

I find the item to be nearly perfect, though I believe it would benefit from an additional 4 inches in length. The fit is just right, and I found the size chart to be very accurate. Since I typically wear a size 37-40, I opted for the size 37, which fits superbly. I usually consider sizing down for a tighter fit, but I highly recommend following the size guide as is. One minor suggestion I have is for slightly longer sleeves; ideally, I envision adding 2 inches to both the top and bottom for a total increase of 4 inches in length. I also think that incorporating compression clothing could address this length issue effectively.

At 71 yo I dreaded anything that had to do with lunges, squats or plyos because of anterior knee pain. Now when I do them, it’s almost as if my knees are being massaged. Thank you ROGUE!
