The Rogue Shorty Monster Bands are a 12" version of our standard Monster Bands. These have the same color, width and thickness as our standard bands. This length is easier to setup and doesn't require the band to be doubled or tripled over pins or band pegs to get tension.

Worth it.
Fantastic products. Probably the best fitness bands out there and they are definitely durable. I use them for standing hamstring curls and other exercises. Would recommend.

Shorty bands
The bands are great for a work out and support on the rings but are only suitable for someone who is small. I found that if you were gonna make these again, realistically they need to be made a little longer.

Brilliant for accessories on legs
Lateral lunges are a great finishing exercise on leg day paired with split squats . You can use the band to place emphasis on the glutes when doing barbell squats .

Good bands for adding to leg extension and curl, and even dumbbell flys. They last for quite a while too.

Love them but wish they were the same length.
These bands are great. Perfect size to supplement the longer ones. Unfortunately two of my three pairs are different lengths. They work fine when using one at a time. It would be nice if they were the same size when you need to use two.

Incredible cheat aid for my new Rogue GHD. I use these around the upper foot pads to aid me in a controlled Nordic both directions. I've quickly graduated from the blue to the pink, soon to tackle the orange. I highly recommend these to any GHD novice such as myself.
