Available here in black with three convenient size options to choose from, the Drag Rope features a set of textured grip handles and a woven polypropylene rope with a very high drag coefficient. Compared to turning over a wire speed cable, athletes will need to dig much deeper into their energy reserves with this rope due to the constant air resistance.
Size Options:
- Small - For height ranges 4'8" to 5'2" (8'0" Rope Length)
- Medium - For height ranges 5'3" to 5'8" (8'6" Rope Length)
- Large - For height ranges 5'9" to 6'2" (9'0" Rope Length)
