Designed and manufactured in the USA, The Xtensor by ClinicallyFit is a unique, scientifically tested hand exerciser—suited for increasing grip strength performance as well as power and stability in the wrists and elbows. The device fits on either hand and is compatible with most hand sizes.
The finger band attachments on the Xtensor all connect into a grid system, so you can easily customize the level of tension specific to each finger as you extend and retract them through a natural range of motion. Regular use of the Xtensor can help relieve muscle tightness in the palms (caused by forceful repetitive gripping) and improve range of motion in the fingers, preventing pain and stiffness over time. The reverse grip exerciser can also strengthen and stabilize the muscles and tendons in the wrists and elbows, reducing the risk of common injuries and providing a tool for a more intense grip.
The Xtensor should only be used a few minutes a day, several days a week, for best results.
