Version 2.0 of the B&R Bar is built to the specifications of the bar’s original designers—strength training coaches Mike Burgener and Mark Rippetoe—with some enhancements from Rogue’s in-house manufacturing team. Along with custom-tailored dual knurl marks for Olympic lifting and powerlifting, the bar features a center knurl, a stronger 205,000 PSI shaft, and snap ring design. Quality bronze bushings produce a smooth, reliable spin, and the natural steel creates a great, old-school look and feel that few finishes can compete with. Engineered to be a versatile barbell, the Rogue B&R Bar 2.0 is ideal for core lifts—the squat, bench, and deadlift due to its 29MM shaft diameter, but can also be used for the Olympic lifts—clean and snatch, and everything in between.

Laag profiel schijfopname ontwerp
Dankzij ons nieuwe ontwerp met lage schijfopnamen is het makkelijker dan ooit om schijven op een halterstang te plaatsen of eraf te halen. Ook is zowel de schacht als de schijfopname afgewerkt met blank staal voor een consistente look.
2X ZO STILLE PRESTATIES
Precisieverspaande bronzen bussen, verfijnd met nog kleinere toleranties, sluiten nog strakker aan op de schacht en de verbeterde toleranties aan de binnenkant van de schijfopnamen dempen het geluid en elimineren ongewenste beweging, waardoor soepeler en stabieler heffen mogelijk wordt.
Please Note: Like any fine piece of machined steel, the bare steel on the B&R Bar will require some upkeep. Occasionally brushing the bar down with 3-in-1 oil or WD-40 will create a beautiful patina look. This is how bars were made for decades and it really does produce an unmatched feel.

WRIJVINGSLASSEN

De F Scale™ is een duurzaamheidsschaal voor halterstangen op basis van functionele tests. Hierbij worden de krachten onderzocht die worden uitgeoefend op de halterstangen als iemand deze van bovenaf laat vallen. TOEPASSING VAN F SCALE™
How a barbell is used will affect its durable lifespan and it's a key factor in determining what type of F Rating™ might be suitable for your gym's needs. This graph correlates the F Rating™ of a barbell with different types of usage in order to predict the durable lifespan. Using this data, we are able to make recommendations on what F Rating™ is appropriate for different training situations. With a rating of F8-R, the B&R Bar 2.0 is rated to last 16 years in a high volume CrossFit gym and will outlast a lifetime of lifting in an Olympic Weightlifting gym, a home gym or a Powerlifting gym.

TREKSTERKTE
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 205K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of not bending under normal use, yet not been inflated to the point that it will shorten the life of the bar.
KARTELING VAN DE HALTERSTANG UITGELEGD
