Rogue 4” Nylon Weightlifting Belt

Rogue’s 4” Nylon Weightlifting Belt is an affordable, dependable option for athletes of any size and skill level. Much thinner and lighter than a traditional leather weightlifting belt, our Nylon Belt still provides firm, stable support of the abdomen and lower back—helping you get the most out of your squats, deadlifts, hang cleans, etc.

The 4” Nylon Weightlifting Belt is also ideal for easy transitions from light to heavy lifting movements, with a quick-adjust steel tensioning buckle and hook-and-loop fastening system.

Important: Choosing the right size belt is critical to its effectiveness in your workout. Use our sizing chart below to determine which size Rogue Nylon Belt is right for you.

Specifications:

  • 4” Nylon Belt (10.6 cm) with 2” Support Strap (5.08 cm)
  • Hook-and-Loop Fastening System for Custom, Secure Fit
  • Steel Tensioning Buckle
  • Color: Black

For additional support, see the Rogue 5" Nylon Weightlifting Belt.

Fit Guide:

Size XS S M L XL XXL
Waist 26-29" 29-34" 32-37" 35-40" 38-43" 41-46"

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rogue Quality what more can you say! I have had this belt for about 4 months now and I am still very happy with it, the purpose of buying this belt was to easily switch on and off during wods which it is perfect at! I've deadlifted 500+ and squatted 400+ in this belt my only complaint is that the edges do warp but do supply sufficient support to lift in. Going to try the thicker version hoping to get a little less warping and more support!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bang for your buck I bought this belt in a pinch. I really didn't want to spend 115 for leather belt but this belt is perfect. Fits great and stays in solid shape. I suggest taking it out of your gym bag and lay it out so it doesn't take a different shape from bending in your bag. Great belt for most lifts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from it is good for oly lifitng this belt gives me a good support when squating but i do not get the the support that i need when I am heavy lifitng, i would not use this if im triyng to C&J more than 200 pounds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic belt I wanted to try a Velcro lifting belt, since it's a heck of lot easier to maneuver compared to a single prong buckle (I also have the Echo 10mm). Very happy with my purchase. Great support and super economical ++

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent belt for the price! Got this several weeks ago and have been VERY pleased with it. Mainly use it on squats and deadlifts and it is very functional. For the price, you really can't beat it. My only minor, nitpicky complaint is that I thought it would be a while before the belt started to form to my body and bend and stretch (it is kind of in a "U" shape now). After the first two weeks, I noticed the nylon was not as stiff, and I like really stiff belts for heavy lifts. Again this is a very minor complaint, but I will probably still get the leather version in the near future as that one will probably hold its form better and stay stiff. Overall though, this is truly another GREAT Rogue product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality for price! just worn the belt for the first week after receiving. Def good quality for the price. Sizing: I was right in between M and L in the sizing chart. If had to do it over again, I would have gone M instead of L. I really strap the belt in tight for sets and have a lot of extra strapping hanging over with the Large. Just my 2cents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome belt for a surprisingly good price I bought this belt thinking, "Oh, Rogue has a cheap belt, it's probably not that great, but I'll give it a try." This belt is awesome. If you are under 6' just get the 4" belt that's plenty, if you are taller than that then consider the 5". I was surprised that it was under $20. Definitely a solid investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't be beat at this price Another Rogue Gem! This belt is great quality and feels nice and secure. As to sizing, if you are on the higher end of the sizing chart (sort of in between sizes) go with the larger belt. But sizing is accurate. Some are saying that the sizes are off and they are not. You DO NOT go by waist size when sizing for a weight belt. It doesn't go on your waist! Measure for sizing around your belly. Use your bellybutton as the middle point. You will get a right fit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice belt for the money I've been borrowing my friend's Ohio belt and love it, but wasn't sure if I wanted to spend that much on my own belt yet. So, I got this and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. As far as sizing--just order true to size. After reading one review on here, I ordered a size up and it was too big and had to return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good belt Good belt for the money. I first followed the advice of other reviews and bought a size up and returned it. Just buy according to the size chart.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Belt Size of 4" Nylon The sizes are not accurate. I have a 35" waist. The L belt size did not fit. The belt quality is exceptional. I reordered a larger size. Just be aware of the size adjustment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size up According to size chart, I was a large (37-43). I have a 39 waist, which also puts me close to an an XL. If your this close and in between two sizes I suggest going up. Overall after getting my correct size sorted the belt it has been a great and an awesome deal. Worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Enough Belt I needed a belt that didn't dig into my sides hen doing Dead Lifts or C&J. Have a 5" leather Power Lifting belt that is perfect for Squats but less so for the other Oly Lifts. I would have probably saved myself a few bucks by just getting this belt first. This belt has good support. Easy on and off. Just what I needed.
