Rogue 5” Nylon Weightlifting Belt

With 3” of support in the front and 5” in the back, Rogue’s oversized 5” Nylon Weightlifting Belt conforms to your body’s natural shape while providing greater overall coverage than most nylon lifting belts on the market. Thin, light, and highly durable, it's a budget-priced alternative to traditional leather weightlifting belts, offering firm support for the abdomen and lower back during even the most intense weight training programs.

The Rogue 5” Nylon Weightlifting Belt includes a hook-and-loop fastening system and a steel tensioning buckle, making it easy to adjust the belt quickly when transitioning from light/body movement exercises to heavy lifting exercises.

Important: Choosing the right size belt is critical to its effectiveness in your workout. Use our sizing chart below to determine which size Rogue Nylon Belt is right for you.

Specifications:

  • 5” Nylon Belt (12.7 cm) with 3” Support Strap (7.6 cm)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice relation Quality-Price-Use This belt is great, it makes it works. Maybe if you go for very very high lifts it won't give you enough support but for regular lifts is ok, I've lifted 260lb in C&J with this and it helped a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy First belt I have ever used and was very happy with it. Easy to use and provides great & comfortable support. After an injury set back, wearing the belt allowed me to get right back on track and even stronger on some lifts right away. Looking forward to some new PBs. Highly recommend it !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value and great quality For $20, I don't think this could be beat. It's a great all-around belt. Obviously, the velcro isn't as secure as a leather belt with a prong closure, but it's a nice tradeoff in weight and a slim profile. I've had mine for a year and a half, and aside from refreshing the velcro with a wire brush now and then, it's been maintenance free. The interior of the steel roller isn't coated, so mine does have a patina of rust from being washed, but it's barely visible and not an issue in terms of functionality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great belt for the price Had this belt for about a year now and the velcro just wore out. It's taken quite a beating, just wish it would have lasted a little longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good belt, better price So I got the belt in last night and I gotta say I am loving it. I was not sure what type of quality i'd get for 19 bucks. It really seems to be a good belt. Put it through the ringer today, hit up heavy oly lifts, squatting light to heavy and even did a mcon. Thought the belt was great. We will see how it holda up over time, but for now seems solid!
