Rogue Echo 10mm Lifting Belt

Spend Less Money, Lift More Weight

Rogue’s Echo 10mm Lifting Belt proves you can get maximum support without maxing out your budget. This is a genuine leather, no-nonsense weightlifting belt with 10 precision-spaced holes and a single prong buckle design for easy custom tightening. The leather can run pretty stiff out of the gate and may need some break-in time, but you’ll never need to worry about the reliability of the belt in securing the abdominal muscles and lower back on a wide variety of lifts. Thickness may vary from belt to belt due to the properties of leather.

The Echo 10mm Lifting Belt features black leather and black hardware with the Rogue logo embroidered on the back in white. Before ordering, be sure to check the sizing chart provided below.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This is an "OK" Belt I bought this belt a little while ago and lets say getting it out of the box i had my hopes high for this belt as it looked and felt great. Now after using it for a little while it has still not broken in and it literally is the hardest belt i have ever tried to get off still to this day. I saw the other reviews and description of the belt and I didn't hesitate to buy it as i have other Rogue products. The belt is also kind of coming apart from all the rolling that i have been doing to get this to loosen up.Needless to say if you are into weightlifting in any kinda serious way where you would need a belt spend the money and get a better quality one, and don't be fooled by the reviews/description.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will last and last Great value on this belt. Very well made. This will last. Very stiff out of the box and takes some work to get supple. Think new baseball glove. With time, will get better. As other users mentioned, it's rough to unbuckle but gets better with time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works But Not Impressive This is the only Rogue product I have purchased and been somewhat disappointed in. Good thickness. Very stiff, as it says. My issue is that the covering is coming off at the very front of the belt - it rubs against the belt when you push the excess through after fastening it. Still works as required but I wonder how much worse it will get.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Quality I am extremely happy with the quality and support it provides. The only downside is that it is extremely difficult to unlatch the belt. It literally took about 12 minutes to undo the first few times. Other than that, you can't beat for that price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great belt I bought this belt for deadlifts, and immediately noticed a huge difference compared to the cheap, flimsy, tapered sporting goods store belt I've been using for years. I was surprised by the quality of this belt, especially for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of Simple Support I was hesitant about this belt originally because it was only single prong, but have been using it for a few weeks with great success. I actually prefer the single prong now since it's easier and provides the same security for intense movements like squats or deadlifts. The belt is a great value for the money. You can break it in within a few days by bending it (stepping on it) in every which way. Now it's stiff at the right times. If you're going to take your first step into heavy weights, get this belt. It's worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of bang for your buck! The Rogue Echo 10mm belt is exactly what I was looking for. A well made belt at a fare price. As stated by other reviewers and also by Rogue in their description of the belt, it will be very stiff when new and will take some time to break-in. I followed others advice and rolled it up when not in use to help speed up the process. The belt fits well and is very comfortable compared to other belts Iv'e worn, once it's had a little time to break-in. Also shipping was crazy fast. I ordered it after 4pm on a Wednesday and received it the next day before 4pm with standard shipping. I only live one state away but that's still very fast delivery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rogue Economy Belt Got the Rogue Economy belt about 18 mos ago. I think it was discontinued, but this looks like the replacement: same thickness, same price, new name (smart to avoid sounding chintzy). That one was made in Pakistan, not sure if the Echo comes from the same source. I only use it for squats, but it works well a couple times per week. I don't notice any flex although I'm sure there must be some. It helped me (at least mentally) hit a squat PR last fall. If it ever breaks, I'll update the review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Affordable Belt! Ive had this belt for about 3 months so I figured now is a good time to write a review! When I first received this belt I was amazed at the quality for the price. Equally comparable to my friends "name brand" belt. Out of the box it was very stiff, I even got stuck in it a few times, but after a few weeks of using it the leather softened up. After 3 months, the leather is nicely worn and fits perfectly. Overall great belt and has held up very well so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great belt at low cost I bought this belt because I was entering my first powerlifting meet, one of the few things I'm still using till this day. Not a fan of the 13mm belts due to stiffness. 10mm belt are more adjustable to YOUR body!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great belt belt is just as good as some of the more expensive models we have seen, very surprised when I opened the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great belt i normally don't write reviews but felt like i had to for this one cause there aren't too many reviews and it made me question whether i should buy this belt or not. this belt is the first belt that i've used but so far has held up great (used for 1-2 months training 5 days a week). i'm a beginner powerlifter and it took probably 2-3 days to kinda wear it in, but after that it's held up great and i really feel the support. if you're on a tight budget and the inzer belt would be a hit to the bank i would definitely go with this one without worrying about compromising quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good fit I got my belt and it was very stiff. I actually got stuck in it and had my 7 year old step on the belt while I laid on the ground in order to get it unclasped. After that lesson I began to roll the belt to soften it up and it responded well. I have not been trapped again. Overall the belt is the perfect width for my (female) body with no hip or rib pinching. The length of the large fits nearly all women in my gym. Wish it was made in the USA. Bumbed me out when I saw that it was not.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the quality!! Excellent! Always used cheap belts before and was nervous about spending 50 bucks. But it was definitely well worth it! The support it gives on any powerlifting move is great, will say though it is hard to get on and get off quickly especially durnig a quick MetCon. 9/10 on support for any strength work, 10/10 for looks. The stitching and craftsmanship is crisp and well done. Definitely suggest to friends who need a quality belt that will last for eons.
