Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Sturdy I LOVE this bad boy!! Way Sturdy - no issues with rocking and crazy comfortable. An amazing way to get deep into those abs or flip around and give that lower back a work out with extensions. And as always super speedy deliver with Rogue and great customer service!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality We sell a GHD at the company I work for and it doesn't even come close to the Rogue model. Very stable and easily adjustable, with great finish. Highly recommended and a must have for any Crossfit gym.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from one flaw first off this thing is a TANK, i weigh about 290 and doing ghrs, back raises and sit ups is no problem for this thing. the one flaw is that the footplate is to small, i wear a size 12 shoe and my toes go over the footplate a little. other than that this is a solid product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Great piece of equipment! I really enjoy using it for my core workouts, back extensions and of course glute/hams!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Shelf! This GHD is industrial! Ordered it for the home gym and could not believe how stout this thing is. Lifelong quality for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from beast! I too was trying to decide to buy the rower or the ghd. Went with another amazing product from Rogue and won't ever regret. The ghd is so well built and sturdy that I can't imagine a situation it wouldn't hold up in. The pads are perfect as well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive, but worth it! I was debating between getting this machine or getting a rower for my garage gym. I'm sooo glad I decided to get the GHD machine. I use it almost every workout, and it's incredible. It was easy to put together and was worth the money. This thing doesn't move!!! I didn't want to deal with the noise of a cheaper GHD machine moving around because I live so close to neighbors (townhouse complex), so this was perfect. You won't be disappointed!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built Rogue Tough I just received this GHD a few weeks ago and damn, this thing is solid. Everything works great and GHR's feel good on this machine. The only thing I could recommend for a more tailored fit would be an adjustable footpad, but other than that, a truly great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, needs footpad adjustments Great buy. Built like a tank. The footpads are a little too far apart, would be better if they were adjustable. Leather is tough but tends to crease. Other than that, outstanding. I would buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best GHD I've ever used I've used multiple GHD since I've been doing CrossFit. By far this has to be the best GHD I've come across. Everything from the simplicity of building it, right down to the pad design. Rogue has done there homework. A lot of GHD's are out there where you have to put sandbags or whatever you can find to keep the machine pinned to the floor to keep it from coming off the ground when performing sit-ups. With the Abram, anyone from your Chris Spealler's (155 @ best) to your Jason Khalipa (215lb) can get on this machine and it won't move. Now i'm sure a lot of people either don't have the money for it our rather go the cheaper route and buy 2 for the price of 1. Yes it is a expensive piece of equipment but you know what your getting with Rogue. The best piece of equipment out there. Good Job Rogue!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Definitely the most solid GHD made... bar none. Worth the extra money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! This GHD is so solid! I weigh 230 and this thing does not budge when im on it. I have used others from elite and york and they all had that wobble to them. Not the Abram. Like everything from Rogue it is top of the line, affordable, and made in the USA!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good We have these at my home gym. They are quite durable and easy to use. They are heavy and handle the abuse of a busy gym. The 2 part construction, however, is the only flaw. The connecting bolts come loose and they can start to wobble. If you don't mind an occasional tightening job, this is the machine for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid is an understatement. This GHD is the best, yes...the best! No matter how hard you hit it, it wont budge. Because its so solid you can concentrate on form and power rather than trying not to fall off. All of that AND its made in the USA....WHAT! Yes please! Save your duckets and Buy it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rock Solid Ordered my Abram Sunday before thanksgiving and received it in about 4 business days, which again goes to show the incredible customer service from Rogue. This thing is rock solid. Much easier to adjust than the sorinex, and a much more solid feel. Some reviews mention that it is difficult to adjust and i am not seeing that at all. I found the setup a bit lower than the sorinex which i found to be better for doing crossfit style situps on. All and all still looking for something negative about it. Awesome design, padding is solid and foot plate is larger than the sorinex so perfect for glute ham raises. Knocked it out of the park on this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolute Beast Despite similar difficulties with adjusting the nuts (WD-40 didn't do the job, either), the design and the utility far exceeds the minor externalities. There is nothing else on the market that beats the Rogue when it comes to quality, durability, prompt/ helpful service, and most importantly, The Abram GHD is made in the USA!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdiest and most solid GHD Bought this GHD used at the games. It is heavy and solid. Have done a couple of WODS with GHD situps on it and the thing does not budge. You feel supported and only have to worry about moving your own body. Ive tried the sorinex and the york ghd and none felt as solid as this one for GHD situps. I was worried that no foot adjustment would be a problem for setup of things like glute ham raises but the few I have tried have worked out well and I didnt really need foot adjustment. The length adjustment is a bit more difficult than other ghd's probably because it isnt chromed and the foot holding apparatus is heavier than other GHDs. This is also probably why you feel more locked in when doing your movements compared to other GHD's. I wish I could attach my single plate holders to the bottom uprights. The padding and upholstery have a good solid feel and dont compress a lot leaving with impression that they are made to last.
