The Rogue Ring Hanger is strong. The weight bearing hanger is the professional solution for hanging your gymnastics rings, maximizing space and versatility in your garage or warehouse. The hanger fits all Rogue rings, it's adjustable so that you can exact the distance between the rings. The steel hanger has a rubber strip on each side for added safety. Practice gymnastics movement with a narrow or wide width, the Ring Hanger accommodates any setting.

- Length: 36"
- Laser cut holes every 2" on center to attach to a wooden rafter with a lag screw
- Heavy duty strap mounting studs to position the straps from 18" to 26" in 2" increments
- Rubber gasket on both edges for added protection
SAFETY NOTE:
RINGS MUST BE HUNG SO THAT 2 FEET OF CLEARANCE IS KEPT BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE HEAD AND THE HANGER AT ALL TIMES.

-No bolts included
-Instructions sheet could be better
So overall I was very impressed, I did think they should have included some wood screws and the Instruction sheet could have been a little better,, seemed to be more of a disclaimer., Basically if you hurt yourself it is not Rogues fault.Great idea
Review by AdenQualityThis is a great system! Because I workout in my garage I had all but written off doing muscle ups, but not anymore! Works well. Installs easily. I went a little overboard and lag bolted a 4x8" piece of pine into the ceiling and then bolted the Ring Hanger into that for added strength.
