They fit as they should, awesome sleeves. You COULD size down however you definitely don’t need to.

Definitely had to go a size down from the size guide. Didn’t need to with my elbow sleeves

First I owned S size and with time of around 1 year, they became less supportive even considering that my muscles grew with no doubt. I decided to order the same but XS and they have loosened up in 2 months or so. It is not only felt during the lifts, which I must admit that not heavy (100-120 kg) for sleeves, but wearing them on and off became easy.

I bought this two weeks ago and am so happy that I found it. The material is excellent, the color and the mm great but the size doesn't get well and then the team Rogue was efficient. I did the process for exchanging the size and they made it fast so I am happy with my two Rehband Knee Sleeve

This was temporary for some knee pain. This was the third knee brace I tried. All did the job, but this one warmed my knee. I also used the infinity bands daily. I really worked on this with physical therapy, pain meds and correction of my feet with insoles. No pain now.

I've been using these for a couple months and I couldn't be happier. I have pretty bad knees, always cracking, popping, and grinding just in daily life, and whenever I tried to squat they would hurt so badly that I'd wind up doing curls instead. These give me such good support that the pain is completely non existent and the sound of my knees grinding is nicely muffled. These give me the confidence to push myself knowing that my knee isn't going to explode when I go for a new PR. They're extremely comfortable too, I don't even notice them during my workouts. I've taken to using them every time I train legs and every time I deadlift and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them enough. Worth the money 5 times over. Buy a pair, your knees will thank you.
