This latest model is powered by a uniquely insulated QX150 motor with QuietForce Technology™—able to deliver up to 60 LBS of no-stall-force while still producing 55% less noise than the previous generation; about on par with a standard electric toothbrush.
With an amplitude of 16mm, the PRO is calibrated to reach 60% deeper into muscle (at 40 times per second) than the average electronic massager, and it now offers twice the battery life (5 hours combined) of the previous PRO model, with two continuously swappable external batteries.
Along with all the new improvements, the latest Theragun PRO continues to offer athletes the reliable performance, ease-of-use, and versatility that has made the name an industry leader. This includes the patented Theragun Triangle ergonomic handle with four unique arm positions, along with custom speed selections, Bluetooth connectivity, and an OLED screen to display your current speed and responsive force meter. All orders also come standard with (6) closed-cell foam attachments:
- Supersoft - vibration therapy for sensitive areas, including bones
- Dampener - for tender areas or near bones
- Standard Ball - for overall use
- Wedge - for shoulder blades and IT bands
- Thumb - for lower back and trigger point therapy
- Cone - for pinpoint muscle treatment
Over time, the percussive massage therapy of the Theragun PRO can help greatly reduce common muscle and joint pain, relieve spasms, release knots, break up scar tissue, and improve an athlete’s overall mobility/range of motion. More benefits are also created with the use of the Therabody App, which integrates with Apple Health, Google Fit, and Samsung Health, and can learn from your behaviors to suggest guided routines that can be sent to your device via Bluetooth.
Using the Theragun PRO:
At just under 3 LBS in weight and 10” in length, the Theragun PRO is fully portable and easy to use, but due to its power, it's primarily recommended for experienced athletes. Users new to the device should start by slowly applying light pressure and moving the tool across the body 60-90 seconds per body part. A full-body session should not exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day.
Important: You should NOT use the Theragun on your head, open wounds, or the genital area.

Great addition
I use my voodoo bands before my workout, and my Theragun after. Using both of them have really made a difference in my recovery. I can hit every spot by myself, although I do need my brother to help apply more pressure on certain areas when using it, but otherwise is very essential.

My life is now complete
I've had my TheraGun PRO for about a week, and I honestly feel like it is the last thing I really needed to enjoy my life. Stress and muscle tension are now dead on contact! Have Never Felt More Relaxed
The Theragun Pro is amazing, it's even better then a professional massage. I love how easy it is to set up and use. I was honestly suprised how quite it is compared to the earlier models. I would defintely recommend it to anyone who's on the fence about buying it.

Seven years ago I made an effort to focus on overall health and wellness. I was in horrible physical shape and not in shape like most people my age. It was a mission to live better and enjoy life more! Throughout the years - I've tried everything to help with my pain in my lower back, and forearms as I'm a professional who has a day job sitting all the time while on my computer.
I've become acquainted to get regular massages, but they can be costly and require ongoing visits to keep muscles and my body from becoming like a hard rock again.
That ALL CHANGED when I was introduced to Theragun about 6 months ago by a friend. At first, I was like... will this really help...? Can it help with my neck, forearms and back pain? Also will it work on my calves? Most importantly, is it worth the money?
Look, as someone who gets a 1-2x monthly massage, this device will LITERALLY pay for itself like it did for me. While I still get massages 1x a month, this device brings the goods! It helps with everyday needs, aches and pains, when you want to quickly address them. Today, as I'm writing this, my arms and quads were acting up. Thankfully, I got my Theragun Pro with all the different attachments so I picked my cone attachment for targeted therapy, and boy, did it work!
This is the greatest device Theragun has made, and I was over-impressed with it! Everyday, I'm always amazed that I can get the relief I need, at the comfort of my own home. The 2 LONG LASTING batteries it comes with is also a nice touch. You literally get everything you need to fall in love with it--it's that hardshell case that's included which is a nice touch!
Overall, 150/100! I will be a Theragun user for life, and I know you will too if you just try it :)

Excellent Technology
I spent a few weeks deciding between Thergun and its competitors, and I am so glad I bought this one instead. There QuietForce technology makes the massage super peaceful compared to other louder precussion therapy devices. Each device attachment works great depending on the area you are targeting. I love using Thergun for my neck, calves, and lower back.
