This version of the Rogue Curl Bar includes a Black Cerakote shaft finish and bright zinc sleeves (a slight variation on our original E-Coat Curl Bar) Cerakote is a ceramic-based coating that was first popularized in the firearm industry for its durability in thin applications and excellent corrosion resistance—up to 100x that of traditional Black Zinc.

ROGUE CURL BAR - CERAKOTE
This version of the Rogue Curl Bar includes a Black Cerakote shaft finish and bright zinc sleeves (a slight variation on our original E-Coat Curl Bar) Cerakote is a ceramic-based coating that was first popularized in the firearm industry for its durability in thin applications and excellent corrosion resistance—up to 100x that of traditional Black Zinc.
Every Rogue Cerakote Curl Bar is fully machined and assembled in the USA and adapts many of the same properties from our flagship Rogue Ohio Bar —including bronze bushings, a snap ring design, and our trademark Ohio knurl pattern. Many athletes can benefit from this type of specialty camber bar, as the bends in the shaft help limit stress on the wrists and reduce common injury risks. Lifters can also employ a narrow grip with the Rogue Curl Bar for performing tricep extensions and close grip curls.
The 1.96” diameter sleeves are compatible with most standard Olympic plates, but the 31.50” space between the sleeves means that this bar is NOT designed to be rackable.

The Rogue Curl Bar updates this premise by incorporating elements from our top in-house Olympic weightlifting bars to create a higher caliber tool. This includes the exclusive non-abrasive knurl pattern from our Ohio Bar—battle tested for years at the highest levels of competition.
BLACK CERAKOTE FINISH
This version of the Rogue Curl Bar features a Black Cerakote shaft—a popular finish we’ve used on a wide range of Rogue barbells. Cerakote is a ceramic-based coating that was first used widely by firearm manufacturers for its durability in thin applications. On a bar, this finish can offer superior abrasion, wear, and corrosion resistance over time—up to 100x that of traditional black zinc.
ROGUE CONSTRUCTION - MADE IN THE USA
The Rogue Curl Bar is one of the few specialty bars of this type to be fully designed, machined, and assembled in the USA. The 28.5mm diameter bar is made from 110K PSI tensile strength steel and precision bent to the highest standards. It features bronze bushings, which act as bearing surfaces between the bar sleeves and shaft for a smooth feel. The sleeves (bright zinc) are assembled to the shaft using the same snap ring design found in many of our most popular Olympic bars.

CLOSE GRIP CAMBER
The knurling on the Rogue Curl Bar extends to the inside Close Grip portion of the shaft, providing the additional option of performing challenging tricep extensions, close grip curls, or other movements. Narrow grip barbell curls can help better target the long (outer) head of the biceps muscle.
