The sleeves feature Rogue's updated low-profile machining for a clean appearance and smooth loading experience.
The result is a specialty bar that delivers the fit, finish, and durability athletes expect from Rogue barbells while maintaining the proven functionality that has made the curl bar a staple in strength training for decades.
Note on Stainless Steel
Barbells made from raw steel are not plated and therefore marks from the machining process may be visible. Slight knurl flattening and discoloration on the inside of the bends are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects.

The Rogue Curl Bar combines the proven ergonomics of a traditional cambered curl bar with the same attention to detail found throughout our flagship barbell lineup. The angled shaft promotes a more natural wrist position during curls, skull crushers, and other accessory movements, helping reduce unnecessary joint strain while maintaining strong pulling and pressing mechanics. To further elevate the training experience, we incorporated the same proven knurl pattern used on the Ohio Bar, delivering a secure grip without the overly aggressive feel common on many specialty bars.
SOLID STAINLESS STEEL
Stainless steel is widely regarded as the gold standard in barbell construction. Unlike coated finishes, it preserves the natural feel of the knurl while providing exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability. CLOSE GRIP TRAINING
Knurling extends through the inside section of the shaft to create an additional close-grip training position. This allows athletes to perform close-grip curls, tricep extensions, and other accessory movements with a secure grip while introducing additional variety into their arm training. The narrower hand position can also help shift emphasis to different portions of the biceps and triceps, making the bar a versatile tool for building upper-arm strength and size.
