Transform your gym with the Rogue FM-HR Twin Functional Trainer– the ultimate training solution in a compact footprint. This versatile trainer features a half rack, a vertically adjustable 2:1 functional trainer, and internally combines the 2:1 output from each of the two weight stacks for a 300LB total possible load for the lat pulldown and low row. Designed with space efficiency in mind, the FM-HR Twin allows you to maximize your workout space without compromising on functionality.

INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION
The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and internally combines the 2:1 output from each of the two weight stacks for a 300LB total possible load for the lat pulldown and low row. This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. Independent weight sources allow the two front trolleys to be set independently, allowing for more versatility in multiple station training.
COMPACT FOOTPRINT
The compact footprint of the Rogue FM-HR Functional Trainer line has been further minimized. By positioning the weight sources on the side of the rack, the overall depth has been reduced, extending only 3.5” behind the back of the rack. The FM-HR Twin holds the most compact footprint of the lineup that offers the versatility of a rack integrated functional trainer.
OVERBUILT BY DESIGN
As with all Rogue products, the FM-HR Twin Functional Trainer is overbuilt for durability. Larger pulleys contribute to longer cable life, and the 3/16" US Made Mil Spec Aircraft Cable ensures exceptional longevity compared to imported alternatives. Shrouds are optional to enclose moving parts.
EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABILITY
Vertical adjustment of the trolleys is effortless thanks to four precision machined rollers. Swiveling pulleys guarantee the optimum angle for every movement. There is no need to reconfigure, whether you want to perform single or double arm movements with the trolley or want to use the pulldown or low row functionality, just grab and go.
Important: This rack must be bolted to the floor before use.

Fully functional power rack with 2:1 functional trainer and internally combined 2:1 output from each of the two weight stacks for a 300LB total possible load for the lat pulldown and low row. With the addition of a second weight stack on the Rogue FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer, you have the ability for two users to work at the same time on the adjustable pulleys, performing completely different movements.
300 LB load with standard attachments
Our pulley configuration allows the use of standard attachments for the lat pulldown and low row while providing a full 300 LB resistance. Many other products require specialized attachments with multiple attachment points to achieve 300 LB resistance.
Fully Functional Half Rack
Even with all the added capabilities, a fully functional half rack stands at the core. You can lift off the front of the rack and have the option of adding spotter arms for additional safety.
Consolidated Footprint
Save on space with the dual weight stack design. By building the weight stacks into the frame of the rack, the pulley system sticks out only 3.5” behind the rack.
