ROGUE FML-6 TWIN FUNCTIONAL TRAINER
Transform your home gym with the Rogue FML-6 Twin Functional Trainer–the ultimate training solution in a compact footprint. This versatile trainer features a full power rack, a vertically adjustable 2:1 functional trainer, and a 1:1 lat pulldown and low row. Designed with space efficiency in mind, the FML-6 Twin allows you to maximize your workout space without compromising on functionality.

INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION
The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and 1:1 for the lat pulldown and low row, using dual weight stacks as its weight source. This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. Independent weight sources allow the two front trolleys to be set independently, allowing for more versatility in multiple station training.
COMPACT FOOTPRINT
The compact footprint of the Rogue FML-6 Functional Trainer line has been further minimized. By positioning the weight sources on the side of the rack, the overall depth has been reduced, extending only 5” behind the back of the rack.
OVERBUILT BY DESIGN
As with all Rogue products, the FML-6 Twin Functional Trainer is overbuilt for durability. Larger pulleys contribute to longer cable life, and the 3/16" US Made Mil Spec Aircraft Cable ensures exceptional longevity compared to imported alternatives. Shrouds are optional to enclose moving parts.
EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABILITY
Vertical adjustment of the trolleys is effortless thanks to four precision machined rollers. Swiveling pulleys guarantee the optimum angle for every movement. There is no need to reconfigure, whether you want to perform single or double arm movements with the trolley or want to use the pulldown or low row functionality, just grab and go.
BUILT ON THE RML-690 MONSTER LITE RACK
The Rogue RML-690 Monster Lite Rack is a staple in gyms across the world, utilizing 3x3" 11-gauge steel tubing, durable 5/8" hardware, and a bolt-together design for easier portability and affordable shipping. The RML-690C version includes a wide spectrum of custom color options, optional laser-cut pin position numbers on the uprights, and the Westside hole pattern comes standard. This design allows for a number of add-ons and attachments.
Important: This rack must be bolted to the floor before use.

Fully functional power rack with 2:1 functional trainer and 1:1 lat pulldown/low row ratios. With the addition of a second weight stack on the Rogue FML-6 Twin Functional Trainer, you have the ability for two users to work at the same time on the adjustable pulleys, performing completely different movements.
1:1 with standard attachments
Our pulley configuration allows the use of standard attachments for the lat pulldown and low row while providing 1:1 resistance. Many other products require specialized attachments with multiple attachment points to achieve 1:1 resistance.
