This is a fantastic rack and has been a lovely addition to my home gym. It looks killer and has a small footprint. What more could I ask for?

I got the HR-2 with a few modifications. Rogue made it easy to go do. I got the rear uprights to be 90” and the front to be numbered. I also ordered an extra crossmember. It may have been overkill but with this setup the thing is rock solid and does not sway or move even a millimeter with pant thing I’ve done yet. It’s got a nice small footprint as well.

I've heard nothing but positive reviews about Rogue equipment for years. This year I decide to go all in on a half rack and flesh out my home gym, and let me say - I'm not sure I could've expected this from a REP rack. Did the Quality department take a day off? Pictures speak for themselves.

So I had a off brand Smith machine/pulley combo rack before this. Once I bent the safeties I knew I needed an upgrade but I don't have the room for a full rack. I built a gym at my work with all rogue equipment and I know that their quality and price are unbeatable. The half rack was cake to assemble. If you get it, realize you will get two instruction kits. One for the squat stand and one for the half rack conversion kit. Check all the boxes for your bolts. It does not come with tools. You will need one 15/16th socket and one 15/16th wrench. I also snagged the L brackets that allow you to mount it to the ground. So I drilled through my platform and into the concrete for extra stability, in case I plan to use bands at any time. And this thing like all their other equipment is solid. Of course some lateral movement is expected with racks but zero give any other direction. I also got the monster light spotter arms and they cannot be phased. If you don't need to run two bars at the same time, this is a great option. I love my rack. I might sleep in my garage now.

This half rack has been awesome. It does everything that I need it to. It's relatively stable (mine isn't bolted to the ground). I do find when I rack heavy weights the rack tilts backwards. I customized my rack with black widow attachments. In order for more left to right stability I removed the stock pullup bar and moved it to the back pillars. I then replaced that pullup bar with an multi angle black widow pullup bar. It's built like a tank now. I do think that a secondary crossmember support should come with it standard but that's just because I've experienced it both ways. The coating has held up very well. The band peg holes are great. I will soon be upgrading to the RM-6 and will be sad to see this rack go.

Functional and compact. Add on three sets of weight pegs, a landmine and a set of rings. This provides a complete workout with a minimal foot print.
