Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than Broccoli bands I've been using these for 2 months and they're awesome. I do casual bro lifting and have been trying to build my triceps. Unfortunately isolation work leaves my elbows hurting pretty bad. After using these regularly for two months i can do skull crushers, and dumbbell extensions without swelling or pain. I don't know how it works, but it does.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good extensor work Yes, you can get rubber bands for free but these are exactly the size and weight that youll need and all in one place. Its important to train your extensors because otherwise youll get chronic elbow pain with extensive grip work. These would even help if you do heavy manual labor and get elbow and forearm pain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from develop better overall hand/grip strength I bought these because I broke my thumb back in february, and have lost a lot of grip strength and range of motion. They were recommended by a friend, and I have been trying to conquer them ever since. Great if your sitting around bored at work to strengthen the extensors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Basically, rubber bands. Nicely color coded. Work about as well as the bands that come on your broccoli or asparagus for free, but they don't smell like asparagus. :)
