The Rogue Individual Pullup System (or IPS, as it's known around the Rogue Compound) allows pull-ups to be performed anywhere you can get the straps over. Utilizing the same pair of 1.5” wide 16 foot straps that come standard on the ROGUE Rings, setup and teardown takes mere seconds.
The bar is hand built in the US from steel and coated using the same multi-stage process that gives the ROGUE Rings their distinctive and now famous feel.
The ROGUE-IPS includes:

Review by JenQualityI have had this hanging in the rafters of my garage gym for about 8 months now and couldn't be happier. It adjusts easily and I love the feel of the bar. Perfect for a garage gym where mounting a permanent bar is not an option. I was worried that it would "swing" too much but have found that to be a non issue.
