Rogue’s durable, lockdown USA Aluminum Barbell Collars are now available in a range of exclusive Cerakote color finishes, which you can select from the options provided in the order menu. These 1.5” wide collars are made from the same advanced, aircraft-grade 6061 Billet Aluminum as our original anodized silver USA Collars (sold separately), and they’re compatible with any standard Olympic barbell sleeve.
Cerakote is a dynamic, ceramic-based coating first popularized in the gun industry for its remarkable wear-resistance even in thin applications. It’s also a finish that allows for greater versatility in color and design. In terms of functionality, all USA Aluminum Collars also include a nylon, lock-open lever with a snap flexure, enabling the user to fully open the collar for easier installation on the bar. An interior rubber lining helps to prevent any scuffs or friction as you train.
Stability and durability are vital for the high intensity weightlifter, and American manufacturing makes all the difference in delivering that consistency.

This unique finish can deliver superb abrasion/wear/corrosion resistance over time—100X that of standard black zinc—and it’s available here in a range of color options, including Black, Blue, Purple, and Red. Match your collars to a team’s colors, your gym’s color scheme, or the Cerakote finish of your barbell.
Durable Aluminum Construction
Just as precision American manufacturing creates a better barbell, it helps produce a stronger, higher-performance barbell collar, as well. Rogue USA Aluminum Collars are CNC machined using ultra-durable 6061 billet aluminum—a material that’s been used for years in the aeronautics industry. The Cerakote finish and precision, laser-etched Rogue branding complete the process.
Lock-Open Lever with Snap Flexure
Rogue USA Aluminum Collars are sold in pairs and measure 1.5” in width, making them compatible not only with Rogue barbells like the Ohio Bar and Bella Bar, but any standard Olympic bar and Oly plates in the industry. A unique lock-open nylon lever includes a snap flexure that fully opens the collar for easier installation and locks it down for reliable stability. An interior rubber lining protects both the collar and your bar from scuffs / friction.
