Excellent rope
I’m new to CrossFit and bought this rope to practice and eventually achieve double unders. I was able to complete my first ever double under on my first practice session with this rope. The larger handles are super comfortable and not bulky. Rope is light and fast but not to light, it stall has some weight making it good for beginners. Only downside is that the bearing on one side squeaks but aside from that it’s excellent.

im not a jumproper but as a wrestler ive had to jump rope
im terrible at it and i havent owned any other ones so i cant compare except to the junk ones or basic ones at schools gyms and academies but from my limited experience well this one is beyond the others ive used

Cool idea, screw won't engage threads
Was able to tighten the clasp screw once, but I needed to shorten it more. After remeasuring I found the screw would not engage the threads so I cannot secure it. I like the idea but the rope is useless now unless I use it at max length

I have not found different weight cables for it. I love the rope but after using it a while if feels to light and I thought I could change to a heavier cable but if that's the case the rogue website is not clear as to which one is the appropriate heavier cable for it.

Love the weight of this rope. Not too heavy, not too light. I know you can pay a lot more for ropes, but if you're an intermediate, this is an ideal rope to work on improving your double unders. Bought one for myself and a friend and we are both very satisfied with it.
