Rogue Feed Sacks
The Rogue Feed Sacks™ are an updated version of an implement we first introduced back at the 2014 CrossFit Games. The design has been repeatedly imitated in the years since, but this is the genuine article—an American-made 1000D Domestic Cordura Construction bag with 8" looped nylon handles, reinforced triple-stitched seams, and our funnel-filler opening for easy, precision filling.
As seen during the Sprint Carry event at the Games, the Feed Sack’s™ long, easy-grip handles enable athletes to quickly pick the weight up and swing it efficiently over the head or around the neck into carry position. The points where the handles meet the corners of the bag are reinforced with nylon webbing, and the zipper features a polyurethane backer and covering to improve flexibility, close off spillage, and prevent direct contact with the user’s back. The result is a sandbag that’s both easy to manage and comfortable to run with. It’s also equally suited for squatting movements, thrusters, clean and press, and more.
We’re offering the Rogue Feed Sack™ in two sizes:
- 50LB Capacity*: 12" tall x 29" long
- 100LB Capacity*: 15" tall x 35" long
*Important: The weight capacities above refer to the approximate max weight when filled with dry play sand. The max weight will differ when using other filler materials. Customers who opt to add an order of our crumb rubber filler to their order, for example, will have max loading capacities of approximately 20LB (for the 12" Feed Sack™) and approximately 40LB (for the 15" Feed Sack™). Additionally, these bags are not prefilled.
Please Note: The zipper protection flap is NOT designed to be a handle. Using the flap to pull the loaded bag may result in damage to the stitching and is not covered under warranty. Rogue Feed Sacks are also NOT designed for slams or drags. Due to the nature of the fabric and the directed use, the bags may expand over time.

Athletes are able to quickly swing the Feed Sack™ into a comfortable sprint-carry position on the back/neck. It’s also a functional implement for squats, thrusts, clean and press, and more.

All Rogue Feed Sacks are made with pride in Columbus, Ohio, USA, and are available in two sizes, with max capacities of 50LB and 100LB (using dry play sand). Each bag is constructed from 1000D Domestic Cordura Construction, with triple stitched seams and a funnel filler opening for clean, customized filling. The zipper features a polyurethane backer, creating additional flexibility and strength, along with a covering that keeps the bag sealed and prevents direct contact between the zipper and the user’s back during a workout.
