Of the three available sizes of Rogue Wrist Wraps, the smallest (12”) and medium length (18”) are both reliable for delivering ample support while still enabling the wrist mobility you need for Oly lifts.
Uses for 18" and 24" Wraps
If you’re accustomed to 12” wraps, the longer 18” can provide a middle-ground upgrade in support, while the 24” wrap is recommended for maximum support during Powerlifting movements and Strongman training.
