Flying Pull-Up Bar

The Flying Pull-Up Bar is a game-changing addition to any Rogue Infinity or Monster Lite rig. The 46” long extension features two 7-gauge steel arms connected by four evenly spaced rungs. Positioned at roughly a 45-degree angle, the attachment functions like a heavy-duty pull-up ladder, demanding greater muscle recruitment and explosiveness from an athlete as they advance from rung to rung.

With the help of eager affiliate owners and garage gym owners, Rogue perfected the angle and height of the Flying Pull-up Bar to easily fit within most training spaces (it extends less than 4 feet horizontally from the rack). Once set-up, the bar allows athletes to safely develop their gymnastic strength, momentum, rhythm, and hand-eye coordination, whether through strict or kipping pull-up movements.

  • Made in the USA
  • Compatible ONLY with Infinity and Monster Lite Series uprights
  • Includes 4 individual pull-up bars on a gradual incline to promote greater power output
  • Extends just 43” horizontally from rack for better space efficiency

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A special bit of joy in the rig Ok, this piece of equipment is insane. I love watching the folks in ClackFit give this a try. They jump up, grab the bar, and then stare at #2 with the "really?" expression. A fun piece of equipment that puts the fun in the rig. Love it.
