Rogue Equipped Garage Gym Tour – Greg in Ottawa, ON, Canada
Welcome to Greg’s basement home gym in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada—a compact, well-organized training space built around versatility and smart use of square footage.
At the center of the gym is a Rogue fold-away rack, chosen for its small footprint and versatility. It handles the bulk of Greg’s training—from squats and bench press to overhead work—while keeping the room open and functional. An adjustable Rogue bench expands the setup even further, allowing for incline, decline, and flat pressing without taking up additional space. A landmine attachment, mounted separately using Rogue Strip wall mounting, keeps the rack clear during circuit training and allows for smooth transitions between barbell work and functional movements.
Organization plays a key role throughout the gym. Wall-mounted barbell storage, plate trees, and dedicated racks for dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and med balls keep everything accessible and out of the way. An open training area is reserved for functional work, rowing, and conditioning, making it easy to move quickly between movements. This setup shows how smart storage, modular attachments, and thoughtful layout can turn a basement into a complete training space—built for efficiency, versatility, and consistent work.
