After taking 13 years away from training, Mario Hernandez set out to reclaim his health and build a space that would support his comeback. At one point weighing 467 lbs, Mario returned to his roots in strength training and created a Rogue-equipped garage gym focused on the essentials—centered around the FML-6 Twin Functional Trainer.
