Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great loading pin for the price. These are great to have for grip work or weighted dips and chins. About half the price of the Ironmind pin (although 3" shorter). I use my own carabiner and the hole is drilled on the low side to fit it through but other than that no complaints!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use to anchor double-end bag for boxing I bought one to act as an anchor for a double-end bag (in England it's called a floor to ceiling bag). I put a 45 # Olympic weight on it on the floor, then run my bungee cord above it to my punching bag and from there to a rope to the ceiling hook. This way I don't have to damage the floor with a drilled anchor. Also I like it better than those anchors that need to be filled with sand or water. Of course I could just tie the bungee around the weight without the pin but the addition of the pin is the best solution in my opinion. It works.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as pictured Instead of bent rod on top, there is a drilled out square piece of metal welded into the pipe. So you can't just snap onto it with a caribiner or j hook. So I had to use a quick link, which then makes loading the pin, not as easy. One hand on the weight and the other threading the link through the plate.
