Rogue Tube Bands are quality-made, conveniently portable, and practical for gym or home use. By selecting the right size band for his or her training goals, any athlete can add a useful, custom resistance element to countless strength and mobility training movements, from rows and presses to bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder raises, etc.

Super sturdy, big handles
These are great quality, but if you have smaller hands know that the handles are fairly large. This is especially true if you are doing any exercises which have you hold both handles in a single hand.

Replace
I did not have the tube band for a month and it snapped on me. I was using the red one. It hit my arm and left a bruise.

Tube Band Broke at Connection to Handle
I am a big fan of Rogue but the bands have been problematic for me. In this case a #4 black band suddenly failed at the point where it meets and passes through the handle gromet. It was a clean break and happened while I was doing triceps pulldowns. I use the bands sensibly and this was not a case of mechanical damage or overloading. Thankfully it did no damage to me when it suddenly failed but it could have been much worse depending upon what I was doing. Not good.

Worth every penny
I am a new personal trainer, and I am legally blind and bought these bands to help me create at home workouts to allow all clients of all levels, advanced, or novice to work out in the comfort of their own home or for those of us that can’t always get a ride to the gym, and these bands help me create workouts for them can’t damage real easy, unless left in the sun or not scaled appropriately for said client use definitely should be a part of home gym arsenal
