Rated 5 out of 5 by from great book! im a certified personal trainer and since ive gotten this book im starting to think of different ways to train and have mobility in your arsenal of tools to help people..it is alittle complicated to read at first especially if your just starting to read about mobility, but what makes this book great is its basically a way you can keep yourself or others supple without having pain, or a need for a chiropractor, or physical therapist

I am 35 yrs old and have been very active my whole life and I feel like most of what I have been doing I have been doing wrong or at a minimum could have been doing more efficiently. I feel like this is a must have for anyone who is active and concerned with minimizing the body tweaks that come with going hard all the time. I am more aware of everything I do and feel better than I have in years. And lets not forget Rogue. They had a better price than the big book book stores and in true Rogue fashion got it to me fast.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great gift to receive My buddy purchased this book for me and it has a lot of great information in it. Maintaining and improving your mobility is just as important as working out. This book has some standard stretching, but it also has a lot of new stretches that I had not discovered before. Additionally, there is a pretty good section on how to properly perform many of the Olympic and Powerlifting movements. It now sits in my gym and is a constant reference guide in my training routine.
