RML-3 Rogue Monster Lite R-3 is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rogue is Well Worth The Investment After searching and reading many reviews on just about every power rack I could find I took the Rogue plunge and I'm happy I did. The RML-3 has exceeded my expectation. I would rarely consider buying something without being able to try it but in this case I trusted the many positive Rogue reviews and they were spot on. As the pics show I upgraded to the Safety Straps and went with the Mono Lift system and I appreciated the functionality and additional safety they give. Also the Adjustable 2.0 Bench is perfect for a Big and Tall man that gives great back support and very solid while benching. I have my eye on many additional Rogue accessories that I will be adding over time. Without going on to long I just wanted to ad my review to possible help someone researching or on the fence about what they should buy. My recommendation is buy Rogue and you will not regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BUILT LIKE A TANK!!!! I can't say enough good things about this RML-3 or Rogue products period. This will be a candid review so I’ll try not to be bias. This rack is overbuilt like most of Rogue products. I love that fact that Rogue is making here in the U.S. and the American craftsmanship is defiantly apparent. Now, with that said there a couple things for those who are looking to buy this rack or any Rogue power rack/stand: (1) If you do a high volume pull-ups or kipping please do bolt it down because it will rock. Not that hard to go to your local hardware store for some concrete bolts and borrow a hammer drill. (2) For the gym garage user the J-cups will get rusted over the bolts and it just going to happen depending on the humidity or wherever you are. Unless you keep it away from the elements in a enclosed gym. I don’t like to see the rust but I understand things happened and I’m not going to complain about it. (3) No matter how careful you are with this rack the paint will get chipped, especially when you are racking a heavy bar. Yea it’s a bummer but unless you planning on being super carful I’m assuming you’ll only be lifting less than 100# --- in that case go for cheaper option because this is not for you. Expect this rack to get some abuse but nothing too serious. (4) This is more rack than what the average user will need. If you have the deep pockets go for it. This will do everything you need and it has plenty of accessories you can buy. But if you are using it just for squats, bench or press, I suggest to go with a cheaper route. (5) Bottom lines this a great power rack that will outlast and earthquake and it’s the perfect setup for your garage, basement or gym if your pockets can afford it. I give it 5 star rating because it does what is supposed to do and more. The great things about this power rack outweighs (no pun intended) the small bad things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MONSTER!!! Have had it for 2 months now and I must agree that this thing is a beast. It is built to last a lifetime and then some. I bolted it on concrete using one screw per leg and it is rock steady. It does have some lateral sway if you attach the matador on the sides but its not going anywhere. Attached the matador on the "back " side and its a tank. I was on my way to a sporting good store to buy a half rack that was on sale when an old military buddy told me about Rogue. Looked and researched their racks for almost 2 months because I could not decide which one I wanted. Finally decided on the RML3 based on my limited space (half of my 2 car garage, my 2 year old son rules the other half) and budget. I wanted the rack and a few attachments, as someone else mentioned budget for attachments, you will be glad you did. I bought this with the landmine, matador, set of sandwich J-cups, spotter arms (must have) and the Rogue 2.0 bar and couldn't be happier. This set up is better than anything they have at the gym I was going to, no lie. If you are on the fence go ahead and jump in, you will be glad you did. You probably won't go wrong with any rack if it is a Rogue rack. Sure glad I did!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really great rack, but budget for add ons I love this rack, it's strong, it looks great, the powdercoat on the pullup bars has just the right texture, nice compact footprint and reasonable price. Be aware though that even when bolted down securely the rack has a lot of lateral movement because there's no cross support. When you buy this also buy a 43" crossmember or a second pullup bar set to install vertically on the rack to act as a crossbrace.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! This is awesome equipment with such a small footprint in my room, I didn't have to bolt to the floor and it also stable, I think i have the weight storage accessories attached used. I think i will buy accessories or equipment next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for a Garage Gym With such a small footprint, this rack was ideal for 1/2 of my 2 car garage. It is incredibly sturdy - barely moving at all when doing heavy weighted dips with the matador attachment. I have the weight storage accessories attached and they do a great job of minimizing floor space used. Overall, for the price you really can't beat what Rogue offers in the RML-3 ... it looks pretty cool as well, so that helps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in Class This is the best compact power rack on the market. The footprint is very small and there are countless ways in which you can accessorize the rack to meet your fitness needs. Additionally, you can add the accessories over time, allowing your rack to evolve as your programming changes. This is not possible with some of the other top quality racks (such as the EliteFTS racks, which require you to buy everything at once). If you plan to mount the rack near a wall, there are a couple of things to consider. First, with the standard configuration, the fat/skinny bar is mounted in the center of the rack. When near a wall, the wall will interfere with kipping pull ups. To solve this problem, I added a single skinny bar and adjusted the configuration to be more like that of the R4 (see pics). Additionally, you will want to leave enough space between the wall and the rack to allow for racking a loaded barbell and plate storage. Also note that the max pull up bar height is only 88". It will be even less if you have stall mats to cut through prior to mounting the rack. I had to purchase a custom X-431 to give me a bit of extra clearance on pull ups and I am only 5'10" tall. Getting the multigrip crossmember would also give you some extra room for pull ups, assuming you have enough overhead space. Its also worth saying that the world's biggest kip will not rock this beast (see video). Bottom line - Buy this today, love it forever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Worth It I researched power racks to death before purchasing this. I was originally looking more along the lines of Valor or Powertec stuff, but eventually made the decision to get something really solid that will last. I have this anchored into concrete and it's a tank. I'm very happy I spent a little more to get something of high quality the first time rather than buying something and wanting to upgrade later. The RML was just a bit more than the R-3, and the flexibility (accessories go on different sides) and look of 3x3 is worth it. It's got to be more rigid too, but I honestly can't really quantify that. I think this series of racks is the perfect balance of being overbuilt but affordable. The pipe-pin safeties are quick with a bit of practice, and very manageable at this length. I was initially worried about rack depth, but it's completely a non-issue. People sometimes complain about the west-side spacing making it hard to line up the safeties... just put a small square of black electrical tape next to the ones you use. Takes a couple seconds... not rocket science. I do wish the holes were slightly farther from the uprights, my holes into the concrete weren't completely square as I just set the rack in place and drilled through the existing holes, but it worked out. Last thing I'll say is just buy the anchors from Rogue. Tapcons are more expensive if you forget and have to go to Home Depot. Shipping was quick and packaged extremely well. Still trying to figure out what do do with this giant pallet though...
