BIG FISH FOUNDATION
Proceeds from the sale of our Never Forgotten apparel have already raised well over $400,000 for the Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), and future sales will be helping to support another great veterans charity, the Big Fish Foundation. Big Fish is dedicated to helping veterans transition to civilian life by providing them a renewed connection to the fundamental principles of service. The foundation is headed up by retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and CrossFit athlete Brian “Tosh” Chontosh (aka “The Big Fish”), an Iraq War veteran who was awarded the Navy Cross for his heroism in Baghdad in 2003.

Part of the Rogue mission is to support and sustain a healthy economy at a local level. Beyond investing in our team, supporting other local businesses and their teams is an extension of our mission. Since the beginning of the pandemic in the spring of 2020, Rogue Fitness has purchased nearly 160,000 meals from over 50 different local restaurants and food trucks for our team.

Rogue has donated US$100,000 to the Support Your Local Box Fundraiser by matching individual contributions. The Support Your Local Box Fundraiser is an online event held in support of the CrossFit affiliate community. Three workouts will be released over three weeks. These will use classic @CrossFit programming designed to be done at home with little or no equipment.

Sad fall for Rogue
Have ordered dozens of items over last 10+ years. This was my last order with Rogue. I did everything I could to communicate and collaborate on a snafu in shipping and was met with retaliatory language and a a lack of any human courtesy. If their systems worked that would be fine but their systems have fallen as well their integrity. Think they are still owned by Bill but they behave like all the rest of the private equity run companies. Sad fall for Rogue. Coach Jim

Terrible Customer Service
Jacob was a terrible customer service representative. He had no knowledge of how to handle a faulty product, he was rude, and hung up on me mid sentence asking when I would hear back about a $500 purchase I made with Rogue. They have no respect for their customers.

Great customer service
Alex did a great job replacing a defective item that I purchased from Rogue. Although a manufacturer defect, and actually not an item the Rogue makes, Alex went the extra mile late on a Friday to ensure we had a replacement sent out so we had the item before we left on vacation. That’s why I buy from Rogue!

Best Lifting Equipment & Amazing Customer Service
The Rogue Ohio bar is second to none and a must-have for any serious lifter. The knurling on the Ohio bar provides a strong grip while deadlifting or doing rows, and the circumference of the overall bar is a perfect feel on the upper back when squatting. You can feel and see the quality of this product. Hands down the best bar I've ever used. What makes this Company even better is the tremendous amount of courtesy and help provided by their customer service team. I purchased a pair of squat shoes, but the package was taken from my apartment building. I contacted Rogue to explain my situation and they shipped a replacement pair the next day. Absolutely incredible that this Company cares about its customers and has kept this one for life. In a world where companies are cutting corners and squeezing the consumer, it's nice to see one do the right thing.

Pretty Unacceptable Customer Service
Was excited to purchase a power rack, several rack accessories, and a couple barbells to start a home gym from Rogue. I noticed there was a promotion to buy a bar with the rack and get some free OSO collars thrown in, but the bar options in the list was a different finish than the one I wanted (same price though). So I thought I would just reach out to Customer Service asking if I could still get some collars thrown in even if I got different bars, thinking that was a pretty straightforward, reasonable request. I talked to two different people, one on chat, and one on the phone, just a flat "no" from both of them, which was really surprising. One of the reasons was because of how certain things were bundled for shipping, so I asked if I just ordered the collars like normal, could I have the cost waived, but a flat "no" to that as well. Again, I don't believe my request was unreasonable, I was excited to purchase some quality, U.S.A. equipment, but now I'm not sure I will.
