Highly upset
Received a defective Echo Bike . The left pedal crank arm is stripped. Received a new crank arm but it's impossible to remove by hand. A high impact drill and hex tool is needed. Been waiting for the return process for 2 days now. I'm disable and have no idea how I'm going to return a 200lb bike.

Best Fitness Plug Out There!
This company is by far the best fitness equipment provider of this generation. I’ve bought two different home gym squat racks throughout a two year time frame, along with barbells and 500+ lbs of plates. I’m truly astonished on the shipping and delivery quickness. I ordered a SQUAT RACK on Jan 20th, and received every piece and part including bench and barbell on Jan 22nd. Yes you read that correct… 2 DAYS!!!! To beat it all, that’s exactly 5 DAYS before CHRISTMAS! Keep it up Rogue. If I could steer everyone to give you guys service I would. Thank you greatly. I will return for more gear, per usual!!
