I like them and I have to exchange because I made a mistake on size

Stiffer than all get out! Total game changers...love the adjustable straps, when locked down they feel stable and safe. Snug, so get a size larger than what you would usually wear.

Seconding the sizing complaint. I measured and remeasured my elbow as instructed and ordered the proper size according to the chart. They are nowhere close to fitting.

I initially ordered a size Large per the sizing chart. Once I received the item I quickly realized it was not even close to the size I needed. I started a return the day the item was delivered. I was then told I have to pay for shipping the item back and even with the cheapest option this came out to an additional $30. I then got a size 2XL in replacement of the large. This also did not fit properly, took 2 people to help me put them on. I then started another return policy the same exact day of delivery and yet I still have to pay to return the item again. According to their sizing chart the measurements of my elbow would have to be 4 inches wider around for the size I would actually need. Meaning the sizing chart is completely inaccurate and on top of that I’m responsible for return shipping costs as well, even though I started the return same hour of delivery both times. I do not recommend this at all, I really was just looking for some help with the shipping costs for the return to find the right sizing. I am not paying for return costs again just for there to be a chance that it still does not fit.
