Good if you want a heavier jump rope
The thicker cable on this jump rope makes it heavier making it a decent alternative to the Thai-Style jump ropes. I bought the 10' rope and it weighs about 12 ounces. The cable gets twisted up easily and doesn't stay straight, but after you start jumping the weight of the cable straightens it back out.
