The Rogue Shorty Echo Resistance Bands are serving the purpose. They seem to be good quality products.

I bought the red, blue, and green resistance bands to perform mobility exercises & stretching They are good quality and perfect for what I purchased them for! I highly recommend these resistance bands for mobility exercises and stretching!

I have the regular echo bands and just bought these for Christmas. Red, green and blue pairs Love them. I use them at home for rdl and other resistance moves. Excellent addition.

Arrived this week and the feel and finish are different than the Shorty resistance bands. There is a high gloss which reduces discomfort to the skin when engaged with the band. I own both styles of shorty bands. I never engage either set by bare hands. I always use an attachment when working with either set of bands. I mounted a steel rod 5/8" on the rafters with pipe hangers ( 4 pipe hangers to provide a rating of 150 lbs.). I then loop one band from a set of bands over the rod and at each end of the rod. I use a curling weight bar to pull down on the bands. As well I use a handle that is sold with resistance tubes from another supplier. This handle must have a large carabiner for the bands to slip thru. Last I use a pull up bands handle somewhat of a U-shape purchased from another supplier. Another position for exercising with the shorty bands is to pull straight in towards my body. For this function, I also installed a T-Bar - black pipe (1/2") mounted to a board with a proper flange will work. All is mounted with several 4" stud screws. To avoid wear and tear to the bands ensure you are only contacting very smooth surfaces with the actual bands. Every attachment I use is smooth and the black pipe is sanded and covered with foam. I only purchased up to the black band with a rating of 100 lbs. Considering I always use the bands in a set, the provided resistance is doubled. I will not be purchasing the purple band rated at 140 lbs. I simply am no strong enough at age 66 & do not weigh enough at 205 lbs. Please use caution with the handles I inserted in the photos, these are not intended to ever be used with true steel weights.

Love adding band resistance to my deadlifts. Great product and great quality.

Didn't think we would use these much but they work great and are very durable.
