Part 4 of the CrossFit competition features coverage of the men’s and women’s Mule event; in which competitors have to complete a 21-15-9 rep scheme of deadlifts (315LB / 225LB) and burpee pull-ups. The Mule was the final event on Saturday and another showcase for fan favorite Annie Thorisdottir; who looked every bit as dominant as she did a decade ago. On the men’s side; the Medeiros v. Vellner battle was front-and-center yet again; with the Canadian looking to gain ground on the American heading into Sunday.”
