Part of the G-Shock MOVE series, the GBD100-1 sports watch allows you to link continuously with your smartphone via Bluetooth, supporting auto time adjustments, phone notifications, step tracking, and more. Direct connection to your phone’s GPS also enables quicker, more accurate calibration of distance measurements on the go. Used in combination with the stopwatch, you can track your running pace and utilize the Auto Lap feature to automatically track your times over a specific distance.

Various new apps are available to help you configure the G-Shock’s settings more easily and manage your workouts. In addition to Life Log and Activity History apps, you can automatically create a training plan based on targets specified by you.

The shock-resistant and water-resistant GBD100-1 features a high-definition MIP LCD display with Super Illuminator face illumination for easy reading in the dark. The soft urethane band material provides improved comfort, while a large number of band holes let you adjust the fit to your particular wrist. Available here in black with red accents.
