The Rogue Grandfather Clock Grip is a new take on the classic towel grip pull-up. Grandfather Clock Grip System

The Rogue Grandfather Clock Grip is a new take on the classic towel grip pull-up. Sold in pairs, these 1.875" diameter steel tubes can deliver a more intense form of bodyweight training than a traditional pull-up bar, as the vertical neutral grip position not only is a grip strength killer, but also targets the forearm muscles much in the way a rope climb does.

You can also use the Grandfather Clock Grips for modified farmers walk carries and other grip strength work. Order them as a full system (with a set of straps and carabiners) or on their own. Either way, these are versatile accessories that offer up a challenging change-of-pace.

Awesome alternative grips
I added these grandfather clock grips to my pull ups/ lifting routines to improve my overall grip strength for BJJ. They're great at setting my forearms on fire.

Perfect Piece of Equipment
Great addition to my pull up routine. Thick handles really help your grip strength. I travel a lot and these fit easily into your baggage. Glad I got these.

Unbelievably hard!! Perfect!!
First time using them, I thought I’d knock out a few sets of 8 or 9..... Could barely do one and 2 wasn’t happening. Training for next year’s WTM, these are going to be my new best friends.

Very sturdy. But very slippery as well
I bought these grips b/c I know my grip strength is starting to go in my old age. Plus: - They are very high quality Minus: - They're a bit wide for my smaller hands. - They're too slippery for me to grip and do a pull up as is. You'd have to have a Kung Fu grip to hang on without some sort of assistance. I can barely hold my body weight, much less a pull up, without slipping off. But once I wrapped them with athletic tape, I could then do pull ups. So if you buy them, know that you will have to use chalk or tape them.

Good device but heavy
My only complaint is about the weight but that's just a little unfair for the product. Its solid metal. Make sure you have chalk.

Love it!
I’ve had these for years and people enjoy trying them. Great for the lats especially when you go full extension to full pull up (chin to attachment point or higher). I use these in conjunction with the cannonball grips and my new nunchuck 25mm standard knurl grip. I only use one caribiner system on all three to save money
