I am 5’8” and 170lb and ordered a medium at first - it was so tight and small that I returned it and ordered an XL which fit much more comfortably. It’s super soft and comfy and I love the saying. It doesn’t wick sweat so it is pretty wet when you’re sweating in it - not bad per se but good to be aware.

Sizing cant be right
I bought this and based on the size guide, I should have been a medium, falling under under at 36" in the chest measurement. When I recieved it and tried it on, it was tight, small, and almost like a belly shirt. (I'm 5'9 so maybe thats why) but either way... size up!!
The material is very nice, and the colour is beautiful in person as well.
