Instant difference in performance
I purchased these about 3 weeks ago and I'm also new to crossfit. I am in the Army so exercising isn't a new thing. Before these I found myself in positions uncomfortable while working out. Once I used these for the first time I found positioning to be allot easier and way more comfortable. My friend recommended these to me and now I recommend them to you.

Poorly designed heel
I wrote a review on these when I first got them, but now I’ve had the chance to wear them, 4 or 5 times. The hard plastic heel on them snapped after a couple uses. I’m not sure if it was from walking around the gym, or maybe the massive added weight from doing biceps curls or triceps press downs, not sure. I never even did squats in them, so I can’t imagine what would have happened. These things are poorly built. Avoid.

So expensive you’d think you’d get good quality. Soles are coming off from shoes. Should have read other reviews

Great Shoes
I bought these shoes hoping they would be a good fit as I have wide feet. These shoes fit perfectly! I instantly felt a difference when lifting.

Meh
Not particularly fantastic in any category. Kind of cheap materials, not overly comfortable, very little padding, look somewhat cheap. Expensive shoes to give off such a cheap cheap cheap budget vibe. Currently, my least favorite shoes in the closet, can’t wait for them to wear out so I can throw them out, which shouldn’t be long, by the looks of it. I did get a random compliment on them from someone I don’t know, for whatever that’s worth, but it really took me by surprise.

Poor material quality
The materials and the quality of the shoes are very poor compared with previous Nano’s. The design makes it very uncomfortable. Best to use good socks in order to not get blisters
