Version 3.0 of the Rogue Adjustable Bench features an upgraded 3x3” 11-gauge steel frame, an expanded range of incline and seat positions, and an efficient bolt-together design* that enables a flat shipping cost—far less than past models. This uniquely robust, retractable unit also now includes a built-in upright storage stand (with rubber padding at the base for stability and floor protection) and our new premium textured foam pad.
Adaptable to any size athlete and any type of bench training, the Adjustable Bench 3.0 comes equipped with 10 back pad positions (from 0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat settings (0, 15, and 30 degrees). There is a very small 1” gap between the seat pad and the back pad, allowing athletes to program their functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without dealing with the discomfort of a disjointed bench. Quality rubber feet are included standard, and our new adjustment arm design is contained more efficiently within the unit to allow for quicker and easier changes from athlete to athlete, workout to workout.
There are 2 Versions of the Adjustable Bench 3.0 to choose from:
- Standard: Includes texture black powder coated steel adjustment rails, standard bench wheels for portability, and your choice of different medium gloss frame finishes.
- Stainless: Upgraded version includes brushed Stainless Steel rails and premium rubber wheels. Available in multiple frame finishes.
Note: The Satin Clear finish is a transparent finish, meaning any blemishes or marks from the manufacturing process will still be visible in the steel

- Premium USA Textured Foam Pad: Made in America from self-skinning, highly engineered polyurethane foam for added texture and superior grip. 11” width. Black. Debossed Rogue branding. Easier to clean and more durable than standard vinyl.
*Important: The Adjustable Bench 3.0 is a bolt-together unit and ships disassembled. It will require the following tools (not included) for proper assembly:

MORE SETTINGS, EASIER ADJUSTMENTS
The Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 allows for 30 different potential custom configurations, with 10 incline positions (0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat positions (0, 15, and 30 degrees). The improved adjustment arm is also easier to operate, enabling quick transitions of the unit between different athletes and different workouts.
QUALITY ROGUE CONSTRUCTION
Every bench is manufactured in the USA using 3x3” 11-gauge steel in a bolt-together design (some assembly required) with laser-cut Rogue branding and a set of upgraded custom rubber feet for floor protection. This unit is noticeably more robust and smoother in operation than past models, maintaining a rock-solid foundation at any setting. The comfortable, supportive Premium USA Textured Foam Pad measures at 11” in width x 52” in length.
2 VERSIONS AND MULTIPLE COLORWAYS
Using the options menu in the purchase area, customers can choose from either the Standard 3.0 Bench (texture black powder coat adjustment plates + standard bench wheels) or the Upgraded 3.0 Bench (brushed stainless steel plates and premium rubber wheels). Each version is available in different medium gloss frame finishes.
PORTABILITY AND STORAGE
Along with a convenient set of wheels and a pull-handle for easy mobility, the collapsible Adjustable Bench 3.0 can also now be stored in an upright position, with no need of an add-on bracket. When folded into this position, the unit sits on rubber pads, adding stability and protecting your gym floor.
PREMIUM PAD + MINIMAL PAD GAP
Rogue is now offering customers the new Premium USA Textured Foam Pad, which is manufactured in Michigan from a highly engineered, self-skinning polyurethane foam. Specifically developed for the fitness industry, this material enabled us to perfect a surface texture that delivers a noticeably superior grip to standard vinyl. It’s also easier to clean and less vulnerable to wear and tear, with a flat vinyl backing that acts as a moisture barrier between the PU foam padding and its wood base structure. The premium pad option maintains a gap of roughly 1 inch between the seat and back, allowing athletes to program their functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without dealing with the discomfort of a disjointed bench.
