ROGUE ECHO 10MM LIFTING BELT

Rogue’s Echo Lifting Belt is made from genuine leather and measures 4” in width and 10mm in thickness,* with five length options to choose from. All sizes of the belt include 10 precision-spaced holes and a single prong buckle design for easy custom tightening and optimal comfort and support. The leather on the Echo Belt can run pretty stiff out of the gate and may need some break-in time, but you’ll never need to worry about its reliability for securing the abdominal muscles and lower back on a wide variety of lifts.

*The exact thickness may vary from belt to belt due to the properties of leather.

The Echo 10mm Lifting Belt features black leather and black hardware with the Rogue logo embroidered on the back in white. Before ordering, be sure to check the sizing chart provided below.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! Overall great value for your buck! Great support for squats and press, for deadlifts I use it just one hole looser and also works really well! It also looks good with high quality materials. When I first got it it was veeery stiff and I could not set it as tight as I wanted by myself, but after using it for around 5 times it broke in and now it works perfectly! If it has one problem is that it was really hard to break in, I got some bruises on my ribs and belly. But if you don’t want to break it by yourself pay a premium price and buy the Rogue Ohio Belt that comes with the leather treated to be softer. The support from this belt is way superior from my last one, it fits tight and is thick enough to make me feel secure to try new PRs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Belt of the highest quality First belt I have ever purchased and can just feel how durable and solid it is, best belt I’ve ever used. I trust the Rogue brand for all of my gym gear and they haven’t let me down yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I bought this a month or so ago and my squat and deadlift have skyrocketed; you can really feel the difference in your brace. A lot of people are saying that it needs breaking in but, as a person who has never used a broken in belt, it feels fine. It has only been a month, but it is showing zero wear. Should last at least several years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value! High quality belt for price. Extremely rigid and requires some break-in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! Plus it shipped fast First off, I have absolutely no affiliation with Rogue in any way. I hope this review helps you with your decision. I went back and forth in my mind between the nice brown oil tanned Ohio belt or the “black stiff belt.” Ultimately I chose the Echo to save money. To give you an idea, I’m squatting 300-325 in my garage so I’m no power house. I’ve never used the Ohio belt so I can’t compare the two but if I had it to do over again I would buy the Echo - again. The leather is stiff, of course, but I have no problem getting it snug. My garage is in Texas so I was afraid the sweat would cause some dye to run, but after only 3 HOT Deep East Texas workouts - no such problem yet. The “ Rogue” embroidering on the back is just a cool, nice touch. The buckle is solid and the loop for the bitter end is sewn solid. I try to spend wisely so in the end this was an excellent purchase for me. I believe Rogue turned out a good quality belt for the money. One last note, I’ve deadlifted in this belt twice so far and it’s as comfortable as you’re going to be with a 5” belt across your abdomen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well worth it! For $50, you cannot beat it! The only thing is, the suede on the tip, where you slide it under the ring, does rub up against the belt and wear off a bit. However, you can trow some electrical tape on the tip and boom!; Problem solved. I have throughouly enjoyed this belt! It is great for the powerlifter that is ballin' on a budget.
