Rogue PRO Jump Rope

As seen in competition during the 2016 CrossFit Games, the Rogue PRO is a new breed of weighted jump rope—featuring a heavy 5.5MM coated cable (twice the thickness of our SR-1 cable) and a pair of 1LB stainless steel handles. The PRO Jump Rope comes with two weight plugs, also made from stainless steel, which are inserted into the end of each handle to create the heavier feel and greater resistance athletes seek to ramp up their speed rope training.

Like the the SR series, this is a precision bearing jump rope with a 360-degree swivel design for maximum rotation and superior double-unders. The handles are finished with a full-depth, fine knurl for a solid, comfortable grip, and an etched Rogue logo is also included. The cable is available in 5 fixed-length options (95", 100", 105", 110", & 115"), which you can select from the dropdown menu. Be sure to check the size chart below before choosing your rope length.

Any in-stock PRO Jump Rope ordered before 3pm ships the same day, with full online package tracking available via the Rogue Shipping Tracker.

Important* - This product should be used on smooth or rubber surfaces to avoid cable damage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST The weight and the smoothness is unbeatable and It is easier to keep rythym than the other Rogue speedrope with 2.3 mm cable. You do exert more effort but its easier for me to find rythym . I am 5'11" and the 115" fits me best. I would like to see this concept developed by Rogue with loadable handles for lead shot and very thick cable to make the upper body work just as hard. Last time I got into jumping rope was 1993 and this is fantastic . Way better than light rope - no comparison!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great piece of equipment! Very good quality of the product. Improved my double under with this rope. I was initially challenged with light rope, managed to control my tempo with this rope. Awesome conditioning equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I hoped I got this as a birthday present, having lusted after it for nearly a year. I already had very reliable double-unders (~100 repeatably), and I was surprised that this rope didn't take any adjustment time. I ended up cutting a couple inches off the cable length, then re-secured the cable with an aluminum sleeve (the same as it came with). I'm pretty picky about the length of my jump ropes. Yes, it's heavy. Everyone's reaction when picking it up is something like "Dang, that's heavier than it looks". Having said that, it's extremely well-balanced. I've used heavy ropes before that feel very much weighted at the end of the finger-tips.Because of the excellent cable thickness choice Rogue went with, and the solid stainless handles, this rope feels like a normal rope but Rx++. My rule of thumb at this point is to use the Rogue Pro in any WOD with 200 double-unders or fewer. I can get ~25 reps per set, for about four sets, before I start to break down. This rope is an excellent challenge for anyone who normally treats double-unders as an afterthought. All-in-all, I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Heavy duty! I’ve had my Pro Series jump rope for a few weeks now and I’m very satisfied with it. I’m can only string together a few DUs at a time right now but practicing with the pro rope then going to a speed rope is helping exponentially. My only complaint is that I can’t remove the weights from the handle. Looks and feels like a superior quality rope.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this jumprope I love Rogue's Jump ropes, I first do 15 minutes with the Rogue PRO (THIS ONE)My arms are screaming by minute 7. After that I go right to the Rogue SR-2 Speed Rope 2.0 (the one for $45). Then when I feel like I can't go anymore. I finish up with this RPM competition rope (the one for $62). All these jump ropes are TOOLS and each serves a different purpose. YES they are expensive BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT!!! its an investment in YOUR health. You will either pay today in the gym or tomorrow in the doctor's office with mediation for your preventative heart disease, type 2 diabetes or COPD. Buy your extra jump rope cables. I destroy the Rogue PRO jump rope cable in able 1 month if I jump on concrete and in about 4 months on rubber floors. Regardless they are worth every cent.
