Rogue RM-6 Monster Rack 2.0

Rogue designed the fully customizable power racks of the Monster Series to meet the high demands of the top professional, collegiate, and high school athletic facilities in the world. We used bigger, 3x3" 11-gauge steel tubing, over-sized 1" hardware, and a bolt-together design for easier portability and affordable shipping. With Version 2.0, we’ve also rolled out a number of new features, including a wide spectrum of custom color options, laser-cut pin position numbers on the uprights and bottom crossmembers, and a keyhole pattern on the sides of each upright—creating compatibility with more add-ons and attachments.

The RM-6 Monster Rack offer more depth and storage than any other Monster power rack, with 8 plate storage posts and 4 band pegs included standard. The rack is available in three height options (90”, 100”, 108”); comes with all required 1" hardware; and ships standard with (2) Rogue Monster 1.5" Wrenches . Any other attachments and accessories pictured are NOT included. You can explore many of our compatible Monster Rack attachments on this page and add selections to your order (at a listed additional cost) via the convenient dropdown menu..

Updates on Color Options: The new Monster Rack 2.0 units include a dozen different custom color coating options, most of them in a medium gloss powder coat (the Satin Clear finish is a transparent finish, meaning any blemishes or marks from the manufacturing process will still be visible in the steel). Customers can also choose our new Black Cerakote finish; an ultra-durable, ceramic-based coating first popularized in the firearm industry. Prior to receiving a Cerakote finish, all parts of the rack are sandblasted to remove any dirt and contaminants for a better coating adhesion.

Notes on Front Crossmember: While a front pull-up bar is the standard on this rack, some users elect to connect the front uprights with one of our 43" Monster Top Beams, instead. This 3x3" crossmember adds some extra stability and attachment versatility to the unit, and by moving the pull-up bar to the middle of the rack, it can allow for a few extra inches of height on pull-ups, as well.

Notes on Stainless Steel : Please be aware that these are raw steel parts and will have minor imperfections from laser cutting and welding.

Rogue RM-6 Monster Rack 2.0 is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 38.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flexible and Highly Customizable I recently moved and had an issue with figuring out how to configure my rig to work in a new area. I had originally set it up the way I have seen it in every picture even the gallery from Rogue. Then one night I thought of rearranging the setup and ended up liking the end result better than the original configuration. My new gym area is not complete so please overlook the surroundings. I basically just turned the back two short pieces and winged them outward. Nothing special but just have never seen anyone else do it so I thought I would post an updated review. Still love my rig and will have it until I die. It is a lifetime purchase. Many people may think you are crazy to spend this sort of money on the equipment that Rogue has to offer, but it's like I always tell people, it's about what you enjoy doing. People go out and buy $15k side-by-sides and $60k boats and don't even use them every day. This is an investment that will last a lifetime and that you can constantly add to and change to adapt your style. Only thing I will recommend is that you wait to buy one until you are in a permanent residence and not an inbetween. It is a workout in itself to break down and reassemble.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the rack, customer service not so much I bought two of these and love them. I hesitate to knock a star off but disappointed in the customer service. I was missing several bolts and couldn't get Rogue to answer e-mail (which I understand due to the high demand during pandemic). But then when they did answer, they refused to send me the missing bolts for over a $5k purchase without pictures showing "the missing hardware". It doesn't make sense to demand a picture of missing hardware and it took so long to answer (which again, I understand completely) that I went to Tractor Supply and bought what I needed. I have spent well over $30k through Rogue over the past 4 years and to refuse to send a couple missing bolts even after several back and forth e-mails is pretty unreasonable to me. But again, love the rack just very disappointed in the follow up service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid rack. Paint finish not so good i love the rack but I am pretty disappointed with the finish on one of my uprights. I emailed customer service a week ago and have received no response. Also something to think about if you order the black zinc hardware is that after assembling the rack the black bolts look a bit beat up and also the xm-43 multigrip bar and other accessories ship with bright zinc hardware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Rack I finally have the home gym I have always wanted thanks to Rogue. This Rack is top notch and equal to or better then any rack I have seen in commercial gym. I decided on this rack for the plate storage and extra length. It requires 2 people to put together and once it is together it is SOLID! There is plenty of room to deadlift in the cage if one was so inclined you do not have to drop the strap safeties all the way down either to get a full range of motion. I like the straps better then the other choices at least for me I workout at odd hours and the straps when you drop the weight on them do not make much of a sound plus I can angle the straps so if I drop the weight it rolls away from me. This rack is easy to use and the attachments work great the numbering is easy to use and well worth having. This is a heavy duty commercial quality gym rack that looks as good as it works. I have 685lbs Of plates mostly bumper and this makes the rack extra sturdy as well and this rack has plenty of plate storage. This is well worth the upgrade from the RM-4 if you have the room. I am so glad I went with the RM-6 as I don’t feel to confined and the extra storage is so nice and convenient. If you can swing it the RM-6 will provide a lifetime of use and handle anything you can throw at it. It is truly a beast of a rack and well worth the cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Power Rack....even better company! I bought the RM-6 2.0 Power Rack a few weeks ago for my kids to use while they are home from college....I have 2 collegiate athletes and they are happy to be using the same quality equipment at home as they have in their weight room at the University.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best! (check out my mods) First off, you simply can't do better than the RM line of racks. Full stop. Now then...I have limited depth in my room, so I've gone through numerous configurations to enough space to work out in front of the rack (deadlifts, power cleans, jump rope, do burpees), while still having a full 6-post power rack so I don't need to bolt it down and so I still have integrated plate storage. I've gone from full-on RM-6, to scaling back to RM-4 without 6 posts, back to RM-6 but with 30" deep front section. I've now landed on two weird modification: (1) I've reduced the depth of the rear section to 17" deep (custom cut the cross-members), which allows for plate storage and enough clearance to work out inside the rack and not bump against stored plates; (2) since I've gone through so many iterations, I have extra 24" monster cross-members and hardware, so I've mounted 6 of them sideways on the outside of the rear posts. This allows me to shimmy the rack closer to the wall (because the plates are oriented facing forward instead of facing sideward) and gives me enough space to fit an 8x6 platform in front of the rack. I think I can FINALLY put my giant wrenches and socket-heads away for a bit!! Figured I'd share, even though you all will probably think I'm insane (and I may be).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Rack I bought this two years ago and use it several times a week. Great investment! I’ve never felt better. Lost over twenty pounds while putting on muscle. I’m average height, mid thirties, less than 200 lbs and now able to bench 225 squat 350 and deadlift close to 300. I used to have chronic back pain but the rack along with some discipline and persistence has enabled me to strengthen all muscle groups including my core. If you are on the fence I say go for it. Your health is worth it!
