RPM Speed Rope 3.0

The exclusive, Rogue-branded RPM Speed Rope 3.0 introduces even more feats of precision engineering to upgrade one of the premier jump ropes in the industry—built for both the highest levels of competition and the daily grind.

The Session model of the RPM 3.0 rope includes ultra-durable, knurled handles made from 100% aluminum, a new anchor disc for smooth dual axis rotation, an updated friction-reducing oilite bushing design, and a standard 12-foot coated cable strong enough for use on a wide variety of surfaces. The rope is also compatible with RPM’s bare steel cables and locking set screws (not included).

As an additional new feature, the RPM Speed Rope 3.0 has a fully redesigned head with chamfered cable exit points, reducing stress on the cable and extending its life—even when used for daily, high intensity training.

Recommend use on rubber or nonabrasive surface, not recommended to be used on concrete

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best jump rope on the market This is the fastest jump rope on the market. I have tried every rope available and none compare to this. It took a minute to get used to because it is so light. But after a little practice I clear 150 straight DUs with ease. I prefer to go even lighter and get the uncoated cable. Not quite as durable as the coated, but its worth it to me. With my old rope I would get around 70 and I my arms would start to get fatigued. Now I get to 100 and feel great. Only thing that stops me now is if I make an error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from solid rope got this rope a few months ago, i've always been good at dubs but wasn't able to do 100+ straight until this came in. small learning curve but gets you to that next level, getting 100+ unbroken now during the wods now a normal thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Rope Hands Down Light and efficient! You will notice a difference when your stringing longer set of dubs together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Spin I've been using a more standard rope with steal ball bearings at the rope connection point, and I've been very happy with it, until a friend let me use his RPM Speed Rope 3.0. You can't believe the spin on this rope, and even though I usually prefer a graduated handle at the end to keep it from slipping out of my hands, the grip on this was great; however, I'm not sure how the soft grip will hold up over time. The price is a tough point to get over, though. If you're new to crossfit or serious use of a jump rope, you might consider a cheaper price point for your first rope and move up to this later. But if money is no object, this is the best rope I've ever used. (For what it's worth, I can do over 100 double unders unbroken; so I'm decent at jumping rope.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average rope at best For the price, I would suggest looking into other ropes. I will say that this is a lightweight rope and feels good in my hands, however the bearings do not allow for efficient rotation and leads to a very choppy feel.
