Monster Lite Spotter Arms

Compatible with all Monster Lite racks, Rogue's heavy-duty 24" Safety Spotter Arms are designed to protect both the weightlifter and the bar itself.

When adding spotter arms to an existing rack, dependability is always the optimum word-- particularly for athletes training alone in a home gym or garage gym . This is why Rogue manufactures its Monster Lite Spotter Arms from 3x3" 11-Gauge Steel tubing, with welded-on end-plates for additional safety and specially designed hitch-pins to lock the spotters in place. The arms feature a UHMW plastic insert on top to protect the knurling of your bars.

Like all products in the Monster Lite line, these spotters feature 5/8” holes and a 5/8" pin, rather than the 1" varieties of the standard Monster Spotter Arms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Monster rack By far one of the best set ups I have ever used and owned. Highly recommend for any home gym. Versatile and strong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made & great support These spotters are ideal for the heavier lifts (especially squats) - if you need it but i think it's more mental than anything (knowing if you fail they're there). These are also great if you're doing a workout that mixes bar lifts and pull ups as you can quickly put the bar towards the end of the spotters and jump to the pull ups so the bar isnt in the way.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Design issue I have a fold back rack in my garage which has concrete bump outs near the floor which required me to attached the rack beams higher. Bc of the large Rogue name on the bottom of these arms they can not be put low enough to squat and actually use these for almost $200. Maybe if there was an option to have the Rogue or not then they could be able to be used by more people.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have for Home Gym! I agree with what someone else wrote that the squat rack would break before these do! These are a must have for solo garage gym goers. After a mishap with a bench press, I purchased these. Spend the money, save your face!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome Addition that helps workout Safe! I've had these several months - since then I have had much better workouts knowing I have these in place as an extra added measure so I can push it to the limits a bit more. Easy to put on and off - couldn't be more happier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home gym necessity These are super robust, and high quality, like you would expect from Rogue. Spotter arms add a lot of versatility to your rack, and safety to your workout, especially while exercising at home, alone. I have a folding rack, and these can be stored by hanging them on the rack against the wall while folded. There are other options for getting them off the floor as well. They're a bulky item, so with limited space, you'll want to be able to put them away.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid pick up Loves these spotter arms, they are missing a little paint but work well!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not recommended on Folding Rack In my garage I had to place my folding rack bottom brackets a little higher (about a foot) because of how the concrete slab was poured. Because of this, The bolts that hold it in place are in the way of the safety spotter arms. For me it is barely not an issue I am 5'11" but for my wife 5'1" she can't use the spotter arms at all. The quality is good but it's something to consider if you have a similar garage layout and under 5'10"
