Great bar especially when injured!
I had separated my ac joint a few years back and that is what got me to purchase this bar to hopefully be able to keep squatting, which I was able to. Not having to reach back while my ac joint was damaged while doing squats made life easier staying in shape. I have had this bar for at least 5 years now and it still looks the same and gets plenty of use.

Love this bar. Muy Largo!
I love this bar, but I was a little bit surprised at how long it is, but it makes sense. It’s got a really nice powder finish on it - very old Jim iron paradise feel. Great bar for healthy form.

Poor Padding
I purchased this bar about a month ago. The padding on the neck and shoulders is horrible. For how much the bar cost I would’ve thought some of the money would’ve went to a decent pad for a heavy bar. I don’t have high hopes for the longevity of the padding either.
The weight of the bar at 70lbs can make it rather unwieldy to remove from the 9 bar holder as well.

Rogue SB-1 vs Elite FTS
The Rogue SB-1 is Not my first Safety Squat Bar. I have used the Elite FTS for several years. And it’s a great product. Both are quality products…However, personally I would purchase the Rogue Safety Bar over the Elite FTS. Unless you are a small person. The space between the handles in my opinion are slightly wider on the Rogue SSB. The padding is a bit more plush on the Elite FTS. Quality wise Rogue wins hands down.

Not my first Safety Squat Bar. I have used the Elite FTS for several years. And it’s a great product. Safety squat bar should in every home gym
I read alot of review some positive and some negative about the rouge SSB, since almost all me home gym equipment are from rouge, i decided to buy the SSB and decide if its good or bad , i tell you this rouge never despointed me, the bar is great, finally im squatting with my back and i started feeling the burn in my quads and what is surprising is i dont have the lower back pain as in regular squat bar, my boys started using it and we all love it , no mre reqular squat bar

A must have for both serious and fun lifters!
The smartest purchase inside my home gym yet. Hurt my back roughly 8 months ago and back barbell squats were killing me, no matter the weight. First couple of weeks was challenging with this and the back pain. Glad to say, after a couple of months using this SSB faithfully twice per week, I’m back pain free. I hit a 400 lbs squat with this and no back pain. The design is genius!

Can't live without it!
Purchased this for a bunch of old guys with terrible range of motion in our shoulders.
We love this bar! We're able to focus on squats instead of shoulder pain.
