Great product, not so much for 5'6" and under
I was really excited about this product as a way to eliminate extra equipment for my wife and my covid home gym. The strap works very well for me, but I am 6' 4" tall. My wife, however, is 5' 6.5" tall with excellent hamstring flexibility. She cannot do an appropriate movement with the length of the strap. I ordered 2 for the both of us but am happy to report that they also work fine for curls. Would not recommend if you are shorter in stature.

Fantastic Versatile Equipment
The Kettle straps can be used for any exercise that you can do with either kettlebells or dumbbells, and are incredibly fast and easy to load with olympic plates and durable, and are better than metal because of the extra added flexibility from the straps, which are extremely strong and rugged to hold any weight.

Good with some exceptions
This strap is great for swings and a farmers carry, perhaps, but not for Turkish getups or anything of that nature. Also, if you have exceedingly long arms you may find that it grazes the ground at the bottom part of the movement, hopefully you have proportionally long legs to avoid this issue. Overall, I'd recommend, however, it is not an exact replacement for a kettlebell. I want something kettlebell-like, so it works for me, but you may find it more useful to just spend the money and get the real thing.

Great idea, great product, yet for a 5'6 guy with a +2cm ape score, I have to stand my feet on the edge of flooring pads so I'm not so focused on my traps worrying about my floor.

Heavy duty
I wanted to do some 2 hand kettlebell movements (on my home porch gym) and don't want a dozen kettlebells or an adjustable one. This strap is working fine, uses my existing barbell plates, and doesn't add more stuff to my small space home gym.

Great device for heavy kettlebell swings
Recently using a 36kg kettlebell and wanted to advance to higher weights. This allows incremental increases in load, limited only by the variety of olympic plates that you own, even fractional ones. After one week, now using 110 lbs with the kettlestrap which makes the 36kg kettlebell feel really easy.

Great product
Grabbed one at the Arnold Sports Festival in March to expand my workouts. Love doing kettle work but my gym doesn't have any kettles over 25lb. This allows me to go as high or low as I need with weight. One reviewer mentioned not liking the ability of the weight to shift... personally I feel this actually adds an extra component to the workout, as it takes more effort to stabilize your swings than with a standard kettle. Great product!!
