2021 Rogue Invitational – Rogue Record Breakers – Women’s Bag Over Bar

The Women’s Bag Over Bar was the second Rogue Record Breakers challenge from the 2021 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, Texas, and was presided over by the great Jan Todd. Looking up at a 15-foot high crossbar, each athlete gets 30 seconds to throw a series of Rogue Strongman Throw Bags, of ascending weight, over the bar. The standing record was Hannah Linzay’s successful 40 LB throw from 2020, and while it looked like no one would touch that mark, 5’5″ Nadia Stowers emerged out of the crowd as the final competitor, impressively tying the record and nearly breaking it with the RRB cash prize on the line.

Rogue Strongman Throw Bag Weights: 15LB, 20LB, 25LB, 30LB, 35LB, 40LB, 45LB, 50LB, 55LB
30 seconds to throw bag over 15′ bar
$2,500 Payout if a new Rogue Record is set (current record: 40 LB throw over 15″ bar)
