2021 Rogue Invitational – Women’s Individual Event 3 – Echo Burner

Complete coverage of Event 3 of the Women’s Individual competition at the 2021 Rogue Invitational, from Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas (Saturday, October 30). The Echo Burner sandwiches a 32 calorie Echo Bike race between two sets of 20 thrusters at 75 LBS, measured for time. In the end, four women came in under the 3 minute mark, as Emily Rolfe, Annie Thorisdottir, Laura Horvath, and Amanda Barnhart battled for the event win.
